  I wish I could give zero stars. I was in an accident while in Oswego. I live in NJ so I had to get a rental car to back home. The manager, "Kyle" seemed to not care about any one of his customers. He put my reservation at 12pm- there closing time. And now that I am back home. I will not be able to return the car since all locations around me are closed. I somehow feel Kyle knew all this and did not inform me so he could make an extra buck. Thanks for nothing !
