  Joined the Gym to get back in shape as a current Planet Fitness member (19.99 month). I figured with the personal training package at 49.99 a month and 24hr access It would be worth it.
  
  In all fairness I've only met 75% of the staff, but as a 40yr old adult who has worked at a gym in the past and in Corporate America... Customer Service is terrible. I now understand the draw of Planet Fitness "Judgment Free Zone"
  
  The whole reason I joined the gym was to get on a program that would give me positive results, because I was scared to go to fast and get injured. With that environment I was seriously injured in a week and out for two weeks. The irony by the only trainer I felt showed excellent customer service.
  
  So I had to clear out my locker and back to Planet Fitness to get back to my old program in a "Judgement Free Zone" where I get a greeting by the staff or a smile at least, instead of a look like.. "Why is this out of shape person here?"
  
  If you are out of shape, not a collage student, you might want to think about this one. I was tempted to have a conversation with the owner, but he never even acknowledge his new member in his small gym.
  
  I'm writing this after having a conversation with my roommate who said "You have to join another gym to get in better shape to join that one!"
  
  For 50 dollars a month and the 90+ dollars I was eager to fork over for extra personal training sessions... Customer Service in a bad economy should be any businesses number 1 focus.
